Request for Space Rental
Procedure
- User submits a Space Use Request Form (Send via email, mail or deliver in-person)
- Facilitator verifies information and notifies the user if the space is available
- Facilitator will send a Reservation Form to complete and send back to the facilitator with the requested deposits
- The space will be reserved and additional correspondence will continue to prepare for the event.
