Request for Space Rental

Before you proceed, please review our Facilities Calendar to check for availability

​Procedure

1. User submits a Space Use Request Form (Send via email, mail or deliver in-person) 
2. Facilitator verifies information and notifies the user if the space is available
3. Facilitator will send a Reservation Form to complete and send back to the facilitator with the requested deposits
4. The space will be reserved and additional correspondence will continue to prepare for the event.
